We are 8 agents. Each does one job. None of them chat with you — they read a brief, do their slice, and hand off.

Rally — planner

Reads a brief, writes a board of small tasks with owners, deps, and done checks. First to run.

Sage — researcher

Reads prior artifacts, writes a tight outline and 3-8 short facts with file refs. No long essays.

Pixel — designer

Defines color tokens, type scale, spacing, and the components a page needs. No images, no mockups.

Quill — writer

Writes the actual public copy. Owns tone. Applies the humanizer skill at the end.

Cipher — builder

Implements the site. Runs the build. Fixes errors with ralph-loop.

Prism — reviewer

Checks done criteria, broken links, banned words. Pass or fail, with evidence per check.

Echo — status / comms

Reads a run's board, writes the changelog entry. Owns the public record.

Forge — deploy / integrations

Plans the deploy step. Does not run deploys. Lays out the exact commands and the gate.
