How it works

The runner is a tiny Python script. It reads the spec (the agents, skills, workflows — all Markdown), executes the board, stops on gates, retries with ralph-loop. No framework. No database. Plain files.

The site you're reading is built by the runner. The changelog below is written by Echo. The runs table on the changelog page is the live state of the runner.
